We offer traditional Pay As You Go support as well as individual contracts and retainers for organisations large and small through to bespoke, fully managed comprehensive SLA driven agreements.

The packages

Absolute
Most customers pick our Absolute plan - it covers pretty much everything, and makes your IT simple and predictable. We think it's ideal because it aligns our interests with yours: with a fixed price for all support, it's in our interests to make sure nothing goes wrong.

Extensive
The Extensive plan includes core monitoring and maintenance without on-site support, and limits the amount of remote support. This means it costs significantly less than the Absolute plan initially, but you bear some risk of unforeseen costs if there's a major problem.

Responsive
With the Responsive plan, you're covered for what is often called 'first line support' calls, at a very economical fee. Unlike some IT support deals, you still get a dedicated Account Manager plus our higher-level strategic overview.

We offer a Comprehensive Managed Service designed to completely free you of the day to day hassle of your computer maintenance.

With our Managed Service Agreement we can provide 24 – 7 monitoring of your computers and servers.  We are informed via an automated email of potential issues before they stop your business. 

With unlimited telephone, email and dial in support we can address any problems you have extremely quickly.  By using our advanced “dial in” technology we can take control of your computer or server without the need to come onsite.  Problems are addressed much more efficiently and issues are diagnosed on the spot.

Preventative as well as reactive

We make regular preventative maintenance trips to your site on a predefined schedule to suit you and address any issues you may have.  Furthermore, every month we schedule a Supplier Performance Review where any pressing issues or unresolved problems can be dealt with.

With any support agreement we also recommend a good backup strategy.  That is why we offer discounts for our offsite managed Backup service.

Each Managed Agreement and Support Contract is designed to your exacting needs.  Check the web offers for some off-the-shelf packages we provide. Although remember - We can always modify these packages to suit your exact needs.
